What is accCompressX25StatNoBufAvails?

This counter measures how many times the compression system tried to allocate a history buffer for a new X.25 connection neighbor but found no memory available. Network engineers need to monitor this when experiencing compression failures during high-traffic periods or when deploying compression on constrained equipment. A value of 3 occurrences in a week suggests the device's memory is occasionally exhausted and some connections briefly fail to compress.
