Description:

The total number of compressed octets generated after compression.

What is accCompressPhysStatOctetsOuts?

This counter sums all bytes generated after decompression—the actual uncompressed data payload that applications receive. Network engineers compare this against the incoming compressed octets to calculate real-world compression savings. For example, if you receive 500,000 compressed octets that decompress to 1,000,000 original octets, you've saved 50 percent of link bandwidth.
