Description:

The number of times the neighbor was connected and no history buffer could be allocated.

What is accCompressFfrStatNoBufAvails?

This OID counts instances when the system tried to establish compression with a neighboring device but could not allocate a history buffer in memory. Engineers need to know about this because it means compression was skipped for some connections, leaving those paths uncompressed and wasting bandwidth capacity. A non-zero value indicates insufficient RAM is allocated to compression buffers, requiring memory upgrades or configuration tuning to enable compression for all peers.
