The total number of uncompressed packets presented for compression which could not be compressed (i.e., the packet expanded). These packets are transmitted in their uncompressed form.

What is accCompressDialStatUnCompOuts?

This counter tracks uncompressed packets that the compression engine rejected because attempting to compress them would have made them larger. This helps you identify if certain traffic types are incompressible and should bypass compression entirely. A value of 200 means 200 packets expanded during compression testing and were sent uncompressed instead.
