Description: The number of times the neighbor was connected and no history buffer could be allocated.
What is accCompressDialStatNoBufAvails?
This counter tracks times when a neighbor device connected but the local device couldn't allocate a history buffer for compression. This signals memory exhaustion or resource contention on the compression appliance. A value of 5 means 5 connection attempts failed because no buffer memory was available.
