accCompressDialNeighborIfIndex

Module: ACC-COMPRESS

OID (symbolic): ACC-COMPRESS::accCompressDialNeighborIfIndex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.6.1.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description:

The ifindex of the dial port via which the neighbor is accessed or connected.

What is accCompressDialNeighborIfIndex?

This OID identifies which physical dial port on the device is connected to a neighboring site or system (integer interface index). Network engineers use this to map data compression settings to the correct physical port and coordinate bandwidth optimization across dial links. For example, a value of 5 refers to the sixth dial port (zero-indexed), making it easy to locate the physical jack on the router.
