Description:
accBrPortState reports the operational status of the port; it is writable for backward compatibility (writes also update accBrPortAdminStatus).
What is accBrPortState?
This OID reports whether the port is operational (up, down, blocked, etc.) and is writable for backward compatibility with older systems. Engineers monitor this to verify the port is in the expected state and can modify it if needed for troubleshooting. For example, a value of 'forwarding' means the port is actively bridging traffic, while 'blocking' means it is disabled to prevent bridge loops.
