What is accBootState?
This OID indicates the current state of the BOOTP client process, ranging from initializing through failed, showing what the device is doing during boot. Network engineers monitor this to diagnose boot problems, such as whether it's stuck requesting, waiting, or failed to download. For example, a state of 'complete' means the device successfully got config and is ready, while 'failed' indicates a broken bootstrap process.
