What is accAtZoneBynetNetMin?

ACC-AT::accAtZoneBynetNetMin stores the lower bound of a 16-bit AppleTalk network address range indexed by network number. A network engineer uses this when organizing zones by the actual network addresses rather than zone names. For example, setting this to 0x5000 (decimal 20480) marks the start of the network address range for a particular zone's indexed entry.
