What is accAtZoneBynameNetMin?

ACC-AT::accAtZoneBynameNetMin stores the lower bound of a 16-bit AppleTalk network address range for a named zone. A network engineer uses this when configuring which physical network segments belong to a logical zone, allowing multiple network numbers under one zone name. For example, if set to 0x0100 (decimal 256), it indicates the minimum network number assigned to devices in that zone.
