What is accAtZipStatsInExtReplies?
This counter tracks how many extended zone-list replies have been received by the device on its AppleTalk network. Extended zone-list replies carry additional zone information beyond the basic list, used when the network has too many zones for a standard reply. A network engineer monitors this to ensure the device is successfully discovering and receiving zone information from neighboring routers, with values like 847 indicating the device received zone data during initialization and periodic updates.
