What is accAtZipStatsInBringUps?

This counter counts bring-up requests that announce newly available zones on AppleTalk network segments to the local device. Network engineers use this metric to track when new zones are being added or equipment is coming online, with a value like 31 showing recent zone additions or network expansion activity.
