The number of RTMP packets which could not be sent because of some internal error.

What is accAtRtmpStatsOutErrors?

This OID tracks the count of RTMP routing packets that failed to send on the AppleTalk network due to an internal device error. Network engineers monitor this counter to detect hardware problems or resource exhaustion that prevents the router from forwarding AppleTalk traffic properly. For example, if this counter increases to 50 errors in an hour while network activity is normal, it could indicate a failing network interface card that needs replacement.
