What is accAtRouteFilterRangeMin?
This OID stores the lowest network address in the address range that the filter will control or monitor. A network engineer uses this to define which addresses (networks, subnets, or hosts) the filter operates on. For instance, 10.0.0.0 as the minimum means the filter applies to addresses starting at this point and extending to RangeMax.
