What is accAtPortTabErrTime?

This OID records when the port became disabled, expressed as elapsed time in hundredths of a second since the last system reboot. You use this to correlate port failures with other events or to determine if a port failure is recent or has been lingering. For example, if this value is 180000, it means the port failed 30 minutes after the device started up.
