Description:

The time (relative to the last system reset) at which the port became disabled.

What is accAtPortTabErrTime?

This OID records when the port became disabled, expressed as elapsed time in hundredths of a second since the last system reboot. You use this to correlate port failures with other events or to determine if a port failure is recent or has been lingering. For example, if this value is 180000, it means the port failed 30 minutes after the device started up.
