What is accAtPortStatsReflects?

This counter counts AppleTalk packets that were addressed to another computer on the same local network segment, meaning they did not need to leave the segment. Network engineers use this to understand local versus routed traffic ratios on the network. A reading of 45,000 reflects packets means most AppleTalk communication on this segment stays local, which is healthy; a very low number suggests most devices are elsewhere.
