What is accAtPortStatsOutErrors?

This counter tracks AppleTalk packets that could not be transmitted due to internal errors on the port, such as buffer exhaustion, transmission failures, or hardware faults. Outgoing errors indicate the port is unhealthy and may be losing packets, degrading service for remote AppleTalk clients. A reading of 15 out-errors suggests occasional minor glitches, but 100+ suggests the port needs servicing or the interface card should be replaced.
