Description:

The administrative state of the AppleTalk router. If set to on(1), AppleTalk packets will be routed on ports which have been administratively enabled. If set to off(3), AppleTalk packets will be bridged.

What is accAtNodeAdState?

This OID controls whether the AppleTalk network protocol will route packets (on=1) or bridge them (off=3) across the device's ports. Setting this to 'on' enables full AppleTalk routing functionality for legacy Macintosh and printer networks, while 'off' falls back to basic bridging mode. A junior network admin would set this to 'on' if configuring an older AppleTalk network segment, or 'off' if bridging AppleTalk traffic passively.
