Description:

The RTMP hop-count increment to be applied to packets forwarded via this port or routing tuples received received on this port.

What is accAtNetTabRtmpIncr?

This setting controls the hop-count increment added to routing cost calculations for packets forwarded through this port, with values ranging from 1 to 15 hops. You adjust this value on slow or distant links to discourage traffic from using that path, or lower it on fast links to make them preferred. For example, setting this to 5 on a serial port adds 5 to the hop cost of all routing advertisements, making distant routers prefer other paths.
