The least value in the destination network address range.

What is accAtForwardFilterToMin?

ACC-AT::accAtForwardFilterToMin defines the minimum destination network address (a 2-byte value) that this forwarding filter applies to. A network engineer uses this to restrict which destination networks are allowed through the filter as part of traffic control policies. For example, setting this to 0x0100 means the filter only applies to destination packets sent to network numbers 256 and above.
