What is accAtForwardFilterFromMax?

ACC-AT::accAtForwardFilterFromMax defines the maximum source network address (a 2-byte value) that this forwarding filter applies to. A network engineer uses this to complete the source network range for traffic filtering rules. For example, if set to 0x0010, combined with a FromMin of 1, the filter matches packets originating from AppleTalk networks 1 through 16.
