What is accAtAepStatsOutErrors?

ACC-AT::accAtAepStatsOutErrors counts the number of AEP packets that the device failed to transmit due to internal errors or resource constraints. A network engineer would monitor this when troubleshooting AppleTalk connectivity problems, particularly when legitimate outbound traffic is being dropped silently. For example, if this counter increments during heavy load, it suggests the device is running out of memory or has driver issues preventing packet transmission.
