What is accAtAdbStatsRotates?

This counter tracks how many times a database lookup found the address entry deeper in the hash bucket and had to move it to the front for faster future access. This metric helps you understand database performance: frequent rotations mean addresses are being looked up but not recently used, while few rotations indicate highly efficient access patterns. A value of 342 means the address table reorganized itself 342 times to optimize for frequently accessed entries.
