The number of queued output packets discarded because the anchoring database entry was deleted.

What is accAtAdbStatsDiscards?

This counter tracks output packets that were discarded because the address entry they depended on was deleted from the database after the packet was queued. This measures the impact of address table instability on actual traffic: each discard represents a lost packet. A value of 15 indicates 15 packets were dropped because their destination address entries disappeared, causing delivery failures for those communications.
