What is accAtAarpStatsNoReplys?

This OID counts how many times the device sent an AARP request, did not receive an answer, and exhausted its retransmission attempts. This counter indicates addresses that the device couldn't reach, either because the remote device was offline or address lookups were failing. A value of 15 no-reply events might suggest 15 different AppleTalk devices went offline or the network experienced routing failures.
