What is accAtAarpStatsInProbes?

This OID tracks incoming AARP probe packets, which are special address-checking messages devices send to verify an address isn't already in use before claiming it. Probes help prevent address conflicts in AppleTalk networks, especially at startup when devices are finding available addresses. A counter value of 342 probes might show 342 devices were powered on or rebooted and checked for address collisions.
