What is h3cVoCallActiveVoiceTxDuration?
This Gauge32 counter tracks how many milliseconds of actual voice data have been transmitted from the peer to the gateway during the call. Engineers divide this by total transmit duration to calculate voice utilization—how much of the call was actual speech versus silence. A value of 4500 milliseconds out of 5000 total indicates 90% voice activity, typical for engaged conversation.
