This OCTET STRING (4 bytes) defines the ABCD signaling bits transmitted to indicate call seizure to the far-end. When placing a VoIP call over a TDM trunk, the gateway sends this pattern to signal call initiation. Example: 0x01000000 notifies the remote circuit that a new call is being established.
