What is h3cPseProfileRowStatus?
This RowStatus object controls the lifecycle of a power profile entry in a configuration table. Engineers use it to create, activate, or delete power profiles; deletion is blocked if the profile is in use. Setting this to active(1) enables the profile; destroy(6) removes it when no ports reference it.
