This OID reports the voltage alarm state between phases C and A as an enumerated value (final inter-phase measurement). Together with AB and BC, it provides complete three-phase voltage monitoring. A value of 'aboveLimit' indicates the CA phase voltage exceeds maximum acceptable level.
