What is h3cPOEInCurCState?
This OID reports the alarm state of phase C in the three-phase DC input as an enumerated value (similar to phases A and B). Monitoring all three phases allows detection of three-phase input faults. A value of 'fuseBroken' indicates phase C has a blown fuse requiring replacement.
