If a new probe fails to start, the value of this object is incremented. The next test will not start until the next Frequency.
What is hwNqaResultsRttBusies?
This read-only OID counts failures because the device's NQA task queue was full (unsigned integer). Network engineers use this to detect if the probe scheduler is overwhelmed and needs optimization. A value of 5 busy failures means the device couldn't start that many probes due to resource constraints.
