What is hwNqaReactRowStatus?
This read-create object controls whether a reaction entry exists in the NQA table, using standard RowStatus values. Administrators use it to enable or disable network quality monitoring reactions without affecting other configurations. Setting it to createAndGo immediately activates a new reaction rule; setting it to destroy removes the rule and stops its monitoring.
