hwNqaProbeTimeOverThreshold
Module: A3COM-HUAWEI-NQA-MIB
OID (symbolic): A3COM-HUAWEI-NQA-MIB::hwNqaProbeTimeOverThreshold
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.43.45.1.5.25.28.3.1
Node type: NOTIFICATION-TYPE
Description: It is generated when the value of hwNqaReactCurrentStatus changes. The change may occur when the watched condition is over threshold or below threshold.
The over threshold situations is specified as below. 1. Probe time(equals to RTT for some type of tests) is not in the range hwNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through hwNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit. 2. The probe time is accumulatively not in the range hwNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through hwNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit for a number of times specified in hwNqaReactThresholdAccumNum. 3. The probe time is consecutively in the range hwNqaReactThresholdLowerLimit through hwNqaReactThresholdUpperLimit for a number of times specified in hwNqaReactThresholdConsecNum.
This notification is valid only when hwNqaReactActionType is 'trapOnly' or 'trapAndTrigger' and pingCtlType of the test is not hwNqajitter.
Examples
Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' A3COM-HUAWEI-NQA-MIB::hwNqaProbeTimeOverThreshold snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.43.45.1.5.25.28.3.1
Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):
snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public
Example snmptrapd log entry:
zoo11-linux.zoo [UDP: [192.168.30.111]:60701->[192.168.30.10]:162]: DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = Timeticks: (490128157) 56 days, 17:28:01.57 SNMPv2-MIB::snmpTrapOID.0 = OID: A3COM-HUAWEI-NQA-MIB::hwNqaProbeTimeOverThreshold
