What is hwNqaCtlJitterAdminInterval?
Configures the time interval (0-60000 milliseconds) between consecutive packets in a jitter test. This controls probe frequency to measure packet delay variation and voice/video application quality. Setting to 20ms sends probes every 20 milliseconds to detect micro-burst latency.
