What is hwPortQueueWeight?
This is a weight value (0-255) that determines how much bandwidth a weighted round robin queue receives relative to others. You set this to allocate bandwidth fairly across queues. For example, if queue 2 has weight 100 and queue 3 has weight 50, queue 2 gets 2/3 of available bandwidth.
