This Counter32 OID accumulates the lifetime count of security association refreshes for the tunnel. Engineers use this metric to assess tunnel stability; high refresh counts suggest frequent rekeying from either time or data limits. A value of 1000 means the SA has been rekeyed 1000 times since tunnel creation.
