What is h3cIKEGlobalOutOctets?
This OID reports the cumulative byte count sent across all active and inactive IPSec Phase-1 IKE tunnels on the device. Network engineers monitor this counter to track total encrypted traffic volume and detect unusual transmission patterns. A value of 1,500,000,000 bytes indicates 1.5 GB of IKE traffic has transited the device since startup or counter reset.
