What is h3cIfQoSWredDropPPS?

Measures the instantaneous packet drop rate in packets per second caused by WRED on the interface. This Unsigned32 gives a real-time snapshot of congestion intensity. A value of 1200 PPS means WRED is currently dropping 1200 packets every second, alerting operators that the link is actively congested and potentially causing client retransmissions.
