What is hgmpCmdClusterName?
This OCTET STRING (0–8 characters) stores the human-readable identifier for the entire cluster. The cluster name must be configured identically on all members for them to discover and join the group. A typical value like 'Cluster1' is set once during cluster bootstrap.
