Increment the counter by one for each frame received for each LLID, which is an output of -Queue-5-. The -Queue-5- marking matched the REPORT MPCP message Queue-5 field, as defined in [802.3ah] clause 64. This counter is mandatory for an ONU and an OLT.

Reports a 32-bit counter of frames received into Queue-5 at an ONU or per-LLID at an OLT. This high-priority queue counter helps engineers verify that premium traffic classes are properly recognized and prioritized. A value of 2,200,000 suggests consistent flow of high-priority inbound services.
