Description: A count of the number of times a -Queue-3- frames reception occurs. A single counter at the ONU and a set of counters, one for each LLID, at the OLT. Increment the counter by one for each frame received for each LLID, which is an output of -Queue-3-. The -Queue-3- marking matched the REPORT MPCP message Queue-3 field, as defined in [802.3ah] clause 64. This counter is mandatory for an ONU and an OLT.
What is h3cEponDeviceStatRxFramesQueue3?
Reports a 32-bit counter of frames received into Queue-3 at an ONU or per-LLID at an OLT. Engineers monitor this queue depth to ensure upper-priority traffic doesn't eclipse middle-tier services during congestion events. A rising value like 5,100,000 frames suggests steady medium-priority inbound traffic.
