This OID tracks outbound packets discarded on the interface due to buffer saturation or egress QoS policies, as a 32-bit counter. Discarded outbound packets suggest the AP cannot transmit to wireless clients quickly enough, forcing it to drop queued frames. Persistent outbound discard counts above 0.1% of total transmitted packets indicate the AP is congested and cannot service clients adequately.
