What is h3cCBQoSWredClassHighLimit?
This integer (1–1024) sets the queue depth threshold above which all arriving packets are dropped in WRED. Prevents buffer overflow and stops accepting new traffic under extreme congestion. Example: high limit of 500 forces 100% drop when buffer fills to 500 units, halting queue growth.
