What is h3cCBQoSIfWredTailDiscardedPackets?
This counter records packets that WRED tail-drops when buffers reach maximum capacity and cannot accept new arrivals. Network engineers monitor this to detect when congestion has become severe enough to exceed queue thresholds. A tail-drop count of 250,000 signals that random early dropping was insufficient and buffers completely filled.
