What is h3cCBQoSCarEbs?
This OID sets the Excess Burst Size in bytes for software-based QoS, allowing traffic to temporarily exceed the committed rate. Engineers use this to tune the second token bucket algorithm stage for flexible rate policing. A value of 50000 bytes permits additional bursty traffic beyond committed and excess rates.
