What is hwCBQoSQueueCbsRatio?
This integer (25–500) controls how CBS is calculated as a ratio of bandwidth for EF queues: CBS = CBS_Ratio × Bandwidth in Kbps. A ratio of 100 means CBS equals 100 ms of traffic at line rate. AF and WFQ queues return -1 since they don't use this ratio.
