What is h3cAclUserRowStatus?
This OID controls the lifecycle of the ACL rule row using SNMP RowStatus conventions (CreateAndGo, Active, Destroy). Managers use it to provision new rules, activate them, or delete them without separate operations. Setting to Destroy removes the rule from the ACL; CreateAndGo provisions and activates it atomically.
