BETWEEN ports1 AND ports2 (6) means apply the action if the packet is received from one of the ports defined by a3filterPolicyPorts1 and destined for one of the ports defined by a3filterPolicyPorts2 or if the packet is received from one of the ports defined by a3filterPolicyPorts2 and destined for one of the ports defined by a3filterPolicyPorts1. Finally AMONG (7) means apply the action if the packet is received from and destined to one of the ports specified by a3filterPolicyPorts1

What is a3filterPolicyContext?

This enumerated integer defines when masks apply to packets—either all traffic, specific source/destination ports, or only incoming/outgoing traffic. Administrators use this to scope filter policies to relevant traffic patterns and avoid unintended filtering. Value 1 (All) applies the filter globally, while value 2 (AT) applies only at specified ports.
