What is axNotificationNewVcsState?
Reports the new operational state of a Virtual Chassis System (VCS) as an integer enumeration. Network engineers monitor this to detect when VCS failover occurs or a member switches roles. A value change from 1 (active) to 2 (standby) indicates a successful failover event.
